Arizona American Restaurant and Cocktailbar in Leverkusen

Unfortunately not recommended. After about 15 minutes we were greeted briefly and the cards were brought to us. We had mentioned the dirty table, 2 empty glasses, an overcrowded ashtray and also ash on the table! Unfortunately, only the ashtray was changed and the glasses were taken away. We ordered 3 drinks, these were still not brought after 30 minutes of waiting. We then left the bar again without a drink. A real shame!!!!

The Arizona American Restaurant & Cocktailbar is at Bismarckstrasse 200, in 51373 Leverkusen, located. It's a typical American eatery. The atmosphere there is very pleasant and the ambience is accordingly. I drank a nice beer there and ate a classic hamburger. I liked both very much. The staff is very friendly, helpful and very valuable. I am happy to recommend this excellent address to others!

A typical American diner, which of course focuses on burgers but also has delicious salads on offer. The portions are generous and the taste is determined by the respective sauce. Service is quick and very friendly. If you want to have something to eat quickly after the swimming pool or the stadium, which is deurlicj above snack level, this is the right place.

The best ribs I've ever eaten. The meat comes off the bone perfectly. And then there is the excellent and friendly service. For this I will drive 100 km again!

Food was delicious in itself. Unfortunately, the food for 4 people did not come at the same time, but all the dishes ordered individually and sometimes only on request. It is also absolutely incomprehensible that there was no white wine, ketchup or mint tea on a Saturday evening. That can't happen. A few more words about compliance with the corona rules. The distances were kept in the area in which we sat, not in others, so in general I didn't have a good feeling and will not come back for the time being. The waitresses wore masks, but the staff behind the bar didn't. But what I found worst was the fact that a group of men in the back of the restaurant was not expelled from the restaurant despite several violations and singing with increasing alcohol levels. In general, the employees also seemed very listless.

We waited over 1 hour for our food and at least 20 minutes for our drink. Last but not least, we waited about 10 minutes to pay. When no one came, we went in to pay. Instead of apologizing for the fact that it took so long, there were only bad justifications. I definitely can't recommend it.

Burger served lukewarm, chicken wings sold out at half past seven on Friday evening. :( In terms of taste there was no seasoning and salt on the fries would have been great. In addition, the toilets are broken and the noise level is a disaster! Service was very nice!

i have had their Pastrami Sandwich before ( and loved it) but this pizza will blow you away. It's like eating an open face pastrami sandwich.

It took 2 hours until our food was there and everything was mixed up at the table. Customers who ordered later all got their food beforehand. Never again and left 120 € there! After my complaint came the statement yes the steaks were not good we made new ones again something is said in advance at the very beginning and not after 2 hours and after the meal.

My husband and I find the restaurant to be contemporary for all events, whether with a partner, friends or family; I can really recommend this place! My boyfriend and I were there too together and each of us ordered something different, as far as I'm concerned I can say, I tasted a bit of each and it was great. Not just the nice restaurant staff was the absolute hit during our visit, but also the good flair.

Regarding the implementation of current hygiene regulations, unfortunately, absolutely incompetent! Not a single employee adhered to any measures. Either the mask was wrong, or even not worn at all! Cards disinfected? Nothing! People in the preparation of drinks with mouth and nose covering? Nothing! I would be surprised if this was done in the kitchen. So absolutely blatant misconduct of ALL (!) Employees! Drinks and food delicious, but due to the strict disregard of the hygiene regulations, the restaurant should best be avoided!

The Arizona in Leverkusen has always been our favorite. Unfortunately, everything has changed since a new managing director started working in the restaurant. There is no longer any bread as a starter, the portions have become much smaller (burger with fries) and the staff did everything wrong with our order that could have been done wrong. The sweet potato fries were forgotten twice, the wrong cocktail was delivered, and the "right" one was newly made Cocktail contained absolutely no alcohol !! The employees are all really nice and try to do their best, unfortunately that alone is not enough if the company changes its concept completely - and in a negative way. Really a shame, but in such a condition a visit is no longer worthwhile in our eyes.

The EC device didn't work, unfortunately it wasn't on the website so that after we arrived we had to go to the Sparkasse again, the next ATM was also out of order. Then there were no more burgers that we were looking forward to so much. The selected food was very tasty. Nice atmosphere. In the end, we were charged 5 euros more for the one chosen dish on the bill because we supposedly got the wrong / old card. In response to this request, we were refunded the 5 euros. The service is very friendly.

Nice location, very nice service. The food is very tasty, sometimes a bit more expensive, especially if you order a lot of extras with the meal. Still very nice to have a delicious meal in the evening.

Were there for 1x today. From the service, great. Very friendly. All dishes ordered came as requested. Unfortunately, we didn't like the taste of the food. All of the dishes were hardly - not at all seasoned. All very bland. SHADE .... Cocktail on the other hand was delicious.

The seating is extremely comfortable and I find the distance between the tables very appropriate. There you certainly don't get the feeling of dining like cucumbers in a can. It was not only the attentive staff that was the absolute hit during our visit, but also the great flair. The restaurant has de facto potential to become my new local hangout. Inexpensive , various selection of dishes and drinks. I and my lady of the heart were really delighted to finally have found a restaurant near us, which we can still afford without restriction until today at the end of the month.

Unfortunately not as it was anymore. Portion size very well arranged, beef well fried and only lukewarm, just like the fries. The ice cream melted a lot at dessert, always think of salmonella ... Soft drinks and cocktails are heavily watered down by ice, don't want to say that they are "stuck" ... 🧐 It's a shame, but that was the last visit!

I had been to the restaurant before and it was frankly a disaster. But since the new managing director came in, Arizona has felt as comfortable as possible. The staff is friendly, always helpful and competent. Whether it was a peculiarity with the food or with the drinks, every wish was fulfilled. I can only recommend it and will definitely come here regularly.

Reopened for 2 weeks with a new managing director! Super good cocktails and very friendly service. Highly recommended for young and old! Thank you for the lovely evening!

Love this place! The food was so good and their drinks are amazing !!!!! The bartender I think his name was Alireza made probably the best cocktail I ever had, he was also very nice and warm ! The cocktail was the perfect balance of sweetness and alcohol!! Highly recommend this place !!
